Durch die Nutzung von Skister stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu. Wenn du nicht zustimmst, nutze bitte nicht unseren Service.

2. Beschreibung des Service

Skister ist eine Koordinationsplattform für das Teilen von Ski-Ausrüstung. Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für Ausrüstung, Schäden oder Verluste.

3. Haftungsausschluss

WICHTIG: Skister übernimmt KEINE Verantwortung, Haftung oder Versicherung für geliehene, beschädigte, verlorene oder gestohlene Ausrüstung. Alle Austausche erfolgen auf eigenes Risiko.

Terms of Service (App Store / Play Store)

1. Platform role

Skister is a communication platform. We do not own, store, or insure ski gear. Gear is owned and exchanged by users within their networks.

2. No warranty

The service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. Liability

• Users are responsible for borrowed items.
• Skister is not liable for loss, damage, theft, injury, or any disputes arising from gear sharing or rentals.
• Skister does not provide insurance for items or transactions.

3. Age restriction

Users must be 18+ to use Skister.

3. User responsibility

• Provide accurate listings (photos, descriptions, condition).
• Use the app respectfully and communicate clearly about pickup/return.
• Follow applicable laws and safety guidelines.

4. Disputes

Users agree to resolve disputes directly with each other in good faith. Skister may provide communication tools, but does not arbitrate disputes or guarantee outcomes.

4. Prohibited use

• Listing or exchanging illegal items.
• Commercial misuse (e.g., running an unlicensed rental business through Skister).
• Harassment, fraud, or attempts to bypass safety/trust mechanisms.

5. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or removed for abuse, fraud, repeated disputes, illegal activity, or violations of these terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
